When Samara saw that I had made beef again she giggled with uncontrollable glee. This batch is really good. The longer pressure cook rendered the fat much better than when I did it for just 90 minutes. I used a little more salt and that made a big difference.

- 3 lb - Chuck Roast - Chopped into about 1 inch slices, following the fat lines
- g - Yellow Onion - 1 each
- 2 tbsp - Canola Oil
- g - Bay Leaf - 3 ea
- 2 tsp - Kosher Salt
- g - Lime - 1 ea
- 1 cup - Vegetable Broth
