Roasted at 275 for about 2 hours - until all the water evaporated away

- g - Olive Oil (Extra Virgin) - A strong drizzle
- 2 tbsp - Kosher Salt - estimage
- 1 tsp - Aleppo Pepper - just a dusting
- 2 tsp - Black Pepper
